Holistic Health Care
Holistic care is necessary to care for the physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs of an individual. There are numerous reasons that a child may have some of these needs unmet. Our goal is to address common areas of need like social determinants of health, chronic health conditions, and mental health needs.

Personal Health Literacy
Finding reliable information has become more difficult over the last decade. Understanding reliable information may also be a deterrent. Patient education has been proven to improve outcomes by increased adherence to treatment plans and decreases in medical error.

Community Events
Third circle does regular community events focused on improving mental and physical health. Some examples are having a community garden. Community gardens do a number of positive things like provide an opportunity for learning, cleans the air, and provide free food. We also do a back to school back to health fair.
Cristo Rey Community Center
With your support, Cristo Rey Community Center is able to provide essential services to our community members in need. It is our responsibility to care for the whole person, including their mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.
